Today, I will work on a book of short stories about my experiences working at different jobs over the years. Stories from when I worked at a family-owned business to when I was a lawn service tech. One time, I was working at a deli in Vermont, and one of our best customers, Louie, a volunteer firefighter, had come in for a Sandwich. This man who had a pickup truck full of leaves must've accidentally flicked a cigarette or something into the back, and it started to smoke. The guy came into the store and said someone call the fire department. Louie turned to the guy and said, "Relax, I am the fire department he then grabbed a 5-gallon bucket, filled it with water, went out to the truck, and splashed the leaves with it. He comes back and says to the guy you're good to go, big guy, and that is just one of a million stories that I have.

It has been a while since I've been around. I was sick. I'm back to try to make more progress on the ghost stories and a book I have been working on for a long time. Here is a sample of some of the artwork and a little of the story; it is untitled right now. Hopefully, it will be well-received. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you again for your time. In the spring, snow still lingered on the mountains after a long winter. Alexis was hunting in the Alaskan wilderness near Lake Minto when she discovered an unusual cave. The ground around the cave had recently been disturbed near the rocky base. Alexis looked closer and realized it was metal, not stone. She felt that this was a mystery worth exploring. Alexis put her SIG rifle on her shoulder and took out a flashlight as she stepped over the threshold, shining the light into the cave. The opening was small compared to the cave's interior, with rock formation stalactites and stalagmites. Scattered throughout, a sligh...

Just putting the finishing touches on the second book, Spunky Doodle and Friends. Hopefully, it will be available for sale on Amazon.com in four days. Here is a sample. Doug the Dog and his New York City Adventures Doug, Peter Parakeet, and Jazz Cat embarked on a thrilling adventure through the bustling streets of New York City. Their quest for treasure led them to clues scattered across iconic landmarks, from Central Park to Times Square. The dynamic trio navigated the city's diverse neighborhoods, using Doug's keen sense of smell, Peter's aerial perspective, and Jazz Cat's smooth moves. As they solved the cryptic clues, the friends encountered challenges that tested their teamwork and friendship. Dodging crowds, escaping impish squirrels, and outsmarting subway challenges, they pressed on with determination. Along the way, they made unexpected allies – a street artist who loves puzzles and a wise old pigeon who shared tales of the city's secrets. The treasure hunt...

Today, I worked on some art for Tales of Horror, a hollowing book that I hope to have out in a week or two. The stories will be called The Dream Machine, It Rises, The Unknown and will include yesterday's post, Shadows in the Night. Any feedback would be fantastic. Let me know what you think in the comments.

Good afternoon. I've been working on some new stories and artwork today. Check it out. Any feedback is helpful. Let me know if you like it and if you have any suggestions for future stories in the comments. On October 31, 2023, at 12:05 PM on a Friday at James Hunt's high school, a group of juniors gathered in the lunch room at their usual table. Steve Walker waved to them as he grabbed a tray and got online for pizza day. His best friend Mike Kowalski walked over to him and said "Have you heard there will be a hollowing party on Magnolia Street near the old cemetery tonight?"  Steve replied,  "who's throwing that?"  Mike "Jake Coleman!" Everybody knows Jake Coleman is hands-down the coolest guy at James Hunt's high school. All his parties are legendary, but he goes all out for Halloween. This year is no exception. On that particular street is a cemetery, and the party will be in the woods next to the cemetery. Steve and Mike walked over to...

I published my first E-book on Amazon.com, Spunky Doodle's Outback Adventures. It's a children's book about a cuddly koala bear who lives in the outback in his backpack, goes on adventures in the land down under with old friends, and meets new ones along the way. Here is a sample of the book. Once upon a time, in the vast and beautiful Outback of Australia, there lived a cute and cuddly koala bear named Spunky Doodle. Spunky Doodle was a very special koala bear because he lived in a magic backpack. The backpack was very spacious and contained everything that Spunky Doodle needed to survive in the Outback. Spunky Doodle loved exploring the Outback and meeting new friends, but he was always careful to never leave his magic backpack behind. One day, while he was out exploring, Spunky Doodle stumbled upon a lost kangaroo, Joey, who was crying for his mother. Spunky Doodle knew he had to help him, so he used his magic backpack to contain the joey and then went on a mission to fi...
